MATCH PREVIEW: Ammanford v Penrhyncoch

The Roosters travel down to Carmarthenshire for their first competitive game of the 2019/20 season today as we take on Cymru South side Ammanford in the Nathaniel MG Cup first round.

Ammanford have recently signed Swansea City legend Lee Trundle, who will provide a tough test for the Roosters today.

The Black and Whites finished 9th in Welsh League Division One last season and will surely be a stern opponent for Penrhyn.
